During my studies at the MIT MANAGEMENT SLOAN SCHOOL, I studied Automation and did research for retailers and manufacturers from the home improvement and garden centre industry. In particular, I was interested in the possibilities of Automation in different company departments. Here are a few of my findings:

- Better Data Management: Automated systems can help companies collect, store, and analyse large amounts of data, providing valuable insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and operational performance.
- Improved Safety: Automated systems can perform dangerous or repetitive tasks, reducing the risk of injury to employees and improving workplace safety.
