I have seldom read a book that deals with such a complex topic in such a clearly structured and easily understandable way. I particularly liked the fact that the topic of websites (optimisation etc.) is not only dealt with from the most important basics to special cases, but also the weighting of the website in a modern company is dealt with (attitude of the management). Nowadays, a website is more than just a business card.
