Cancellation policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity.
In the case of digital products that you can use immediately, you confirm the following note when placing the order:
I expressly consent to you commencing the execution of the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period. I am aware that by giving this consent I lose my right of withdrawal when the execution of the contract begins.
Pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of digital content not on physical data carriers expires if the trader has started the performance of the contract after the consumer has
- has expressly consented to the Entrepreneur commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- has confirmed his knowledge that, by giving his consent, he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
