You may be surprised to hear from me that the main conclusion I have come to from what you have said is that I hold the greatest trump card in selling if I stay honest and don’t bullshit the customer. And that’s why I reveal some of your secrets to the customer, because one thing is clear: If I manage to make all my customers belong to the 5% intelligent companies in the future, the previous 5% will fall through the cracks. Because the behaviour of the users will probably not change (or only very slowly) to the effect that they click on more pages on a topic than before.
But I can tell you this: in my 24-year career as a media consultant, there has never been a training course that has brought me as much benefit as yours.
