As a building surveyor, I mainly deal with property valuation, give advice (verbally) and draw up valuation reports (market value, market value, mortgage lending value), short valuations or expert reports (in writing) for e.g.

- Apartment buildings
- Residential and commercial buildings
- Condominiums
- undeveloped plots of land
- Special properties of all kinds (hotels, industrial buildings, etc.)
